In 2011 the Litchfield PBM (Peanut Butter & Milk) Committee is celebrating 40 years of an annual exchange of people, good will and peanut butter and milk between the Sister Cities of Litchfield, Minnesota and Hartford, Alabama. That's a lot of peanut butter & milk!
